    Staff confirm the buyer account and review the request before anything is shipped.

Credit doesn't show?

Message staff on Whatnot to confirm eligible credit and the exact buyer username.

Over your credit?

Your request shows the extra amount. Staff confirm it before you agree to the swap.

Changed your mind?

Pending requests hold credit but don't spend it. Ask us to cancel and the credit is released.
