Accounts, orders and inquiries
We use the details you provide to sign you in, process purchases, review Whatnot trade-ups, manage inventory, respond to messages and evaluate collections offered for sale. These details can include your name, verified email, Whatnot username, shipping details, messages, uploaded photos, and order or credit records.
Services that help run the store
Clerk handles account sign-in. If you choose Google sign-in, the connection requests your basic profile and email. Stripe handles payments and applicable tax calculations. Card details are entered with Stripe rather than stored in our website database. Railway hosts the store, Ventory manages central inventory, and Cloudflare provides domain and email services.
Browser storage and activity
We use browser storage and cookies for sign-in, your cart and theme preferences. A temporary anonymous browser identifier helps staff estimate current site activity; that activity record contains no email, page address or IP address and expires after five minutes of inactivity.
Records and questions
Order, credit and staff review records are retained to fulfill requests, resolve disputes and maintain the store’s audit history. Contact brickswithgavin@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Staff will review the request and any records that must be retained.
